At the heart of every unit is EcoGrill's proprietary ThermoTube Technology – a grid of stainless steel tubes, each containing its own independent heating element (coil). This innovative heating system delivers fast heat-up, real grilling power, precise results and significant energy savings, all while preserving the authentic taste of grilled food.
This EcoGrill Pro Compact Classic – high-performance grill-only unit is 2 heating zones, it's also available with 1 or 3 independent heating zones (models from 4.5kW up to 16.2kW, in 600mm and 700mm widths).
No open flame or fumes makes this grill an easier fit for sites with limited or no gas/flue infrastructure, and simpler compliance around ventilation and fire safety. As it runs cooler and cleaner than gas or charcoal grilling this creates a more comfortable kitchen environment.
