Operating & Cleaning Guidelines

1. Setup & Position: Position the roll-in cool room on a smooth, level floor against your kitchen storage wall. Ensure sufficient overhead and side clearance for ventilation. Plug into a dedicated 240V 10A socket, power on, and set your target operating temperature (+2°C to +10°C).

2. Trolley Loading & Storage: Roll loaded 600x400mm or GN 1/1 / GN 2/1 trolleys straight through the front door into the floorless cavity. Close the door securely to maintain internal fan-forced air distribution across all trolley levels.

3. End-of-Shift Sanitisation: Disconnect power prior to deep cleaning. Roll out all trolleys. Wipe down the internal AISI 304 stainless steel walls, coved corners, and door gaskets using a soft cloth dampened with warm, food-safe sanitiser. Inspect floor door sweeps to ensure a tight thermal seal.
