Grill food to perfection using this small contact grill from Apuro. Its compact design won't take up too much of your counter space, but the 226 x 210mm cooking area is still spacious enough to cook anything from burgers and steaks to vegetables and fish.

The swivel-top flat plate ensures maximum contact with the food at all times, distributing heat quickly and evenly to speed up your cooking times. Heat-up times are fast too, helping you cook to order and save on running costs during quieter periods. Contact is further improved by the swivel-mounted top plate, which helps optimise the heat being channelled into the food. Not only does this help you cook faster, but it also provides a more consistent cook throughout the food.

A removable drip tray collects grease to keep your work surface as clean as possible, while reducing the amount of fat on the plate - a healthier and tastier alternative to pan frying. Operation and maintenance couldn't be easier - the front-mounted dial control provides accurate temperature regulation helping heat to spread evenly across the plates.
