The Brenner Forge 800 Series is a commercial gas cooktop supplied as a benchtop cooking range in 2, 4, 6 and 8-burner configurations. All four widths run the full 800mm commercial depth for greater cooking capacity and stability, and share dimensions across the 800 Series so units line up cleanly.
Burners are lift-off high-output units — pull them for cleaning rather than working around them. Heavy-duty trivets are sized for commercial cookware, not domestic pans.
