The Brenner Forge 800 Series benchtop gas griddle is a commercial gas griddle built for continuous breakfast and burger service. Four widths — 300, 600, 900 and 1200mm are available — all share the full 800mm commercial depth, so any combination lines up flush across a bench.
Ignition is battery-free piezo, so there is nothing to flatten and nothing to replace. Fast ignition means no prolonged knob holding at the start of service.
