The Benchstar Electric Heated Counter Warmer is a dual-zone hot food display for cafés, takeaway shops and convenience stores. Dry heat on the top shelf keeps fried foods crispy, while humidity heat on the bottom shelf keeps pies and pastries moist — two holding conditions in one cabinet.

Clear see-through flip doors give customers a front-facing display and staff rear loading access, supporting smooth service during peak periods. The HCW-3 holds 2 top pans and 1 bottom pan, 914 mm wide, on a 240V, 15 Amp plug.

Choosing your model: available in 3-pan (HCW-3, 914 mm), 4-pan (HCW-4, 1219 mm) and 5-pan (HCW-5, 1536 mm) models; the HCW-3 plugs into a 15 A outlet, while the HCW-4 and HCW-5 are hard-wired.
