Ideal for front or back of house use, the Roband BM4A bain marie provides an attractive and hygienic hot food servery option for busy restaurants, mobile caterers and many others.
The wet or dry heat BM4A is perfect for most pre-cooked foods, including chilli, curry, Bolognese and sauces. Constructed from durable stainless steel, the bain marie is robust and easy to clean. Supplied with four x 1/2 size 100mm pans and lids included.
