With a built-in chopping/prep board and stylish curved glass hinged lid, the servery unit reliably keeps up to 67 litres of food chilled over four 1/3-size GN pans (sold separately). The configuration can be adjusted according to your needs, allowing 1/6, 1/3 and 2/3 GN pans to be inserted - ideal for stocking larger amounts of more popular menu items.
