Quickly and effortlessly slice, dice, grate and chip a huge variety of ingredients with this high performance, high capacity multi-function continuous vegetable prep machine.

The large half-moon feed hopper creates a faster throughput so large quantities of food or larger surface areas of food can be cut quickly like cabbage or lettuce.

The cylindrical feed hopper creates uniform end products, perfect for cutting smaller quantities of food like carrots and potatoes.

The safety cut-off switch is activated when the cover is opened reducing the risk of causing injury. The easily changeable discs save time when the discs become blunt, so staff can change quickly and efficiently even during busy periods.

The 300kg capacity means that up to 300kg of food can be prepped every hour, making it ideal for making large batches of food in schools, canteens, restaurants, or residential care homes.

Not suitable for soft fruits or vegetables.
