Operation couldn't be easier - there's a simple ON/OFF switch and a thermostat dial for setting your temperature. An indicator light will let you know when the fryer is heating, and there's an automatic thermal safety cut-off which is easily reset when required by using the top-mounted button. Once your service has finished, the tank can be quickly removed to ensure draining and cleaning is a breeze too.
