Even the lid is designed for convenience - it's got a handy notch for keeping the ladle in place and the hinge prevents excess heat escaping whilst it's open. The gentle we heat operation prevents the food from burning, while the simple dial temperature control gives you a full temperature range of 35˚c to 95˚c, so you can heat your foods to the optimum level.
