Winterhalter GS630 Utensil Washer
Winterhalter GS630 Utensil Washer
Compact. Powerful. Simple Operation. This is the smallest utensil washer in the world ideal for small kitchens, cramped counters and rooms with limited space.
Taking up hardly any space and, as an under-counter version, it will also fit under a work surface. It's easy to use, and washes quickly, economically and efficiently. Perfect for bakeries, butcher's shops, chain restaurants and in the catering industry.
It's high water pressure packs quite a punch, it cleans even stubborn dirt, leaving utensils, baking sheets, GN containers, Euronorm boxes as well as dishes, glasses and cutlery hygienically clean. The GS630 guarantees perfect wash results.
Perfect Cleanliness and Hygiene - Wherever utensils are in use, cleanliness and hygiene are the top priority. In the GS 630, a reversing wash system works with a wash arm at top and bottom. They follow one quickly after the other in opposite directions, thereby achieving maximum coverage and mechanical effect. This also ensures perfect wash results even with heavy soiling.
Simple To Use - With the short, standard and intensive programmes, the wash cycle can be adapted easily and quickly to the level of soiling. Straightforward features: the start button with single-button operation is language-neutral and colour-coded. The current tank and boiler temperature as well as the detergent and rinse aid fill levels can be easily read from the display. The detent position for the door ensures that the interior of the machine is ventilated at the end of the working day. Perfect!
Hygiene Safety - Fourfold wash water filtration system. Monitoring of set temperatures. Automatic self-cleaning programme. And easy manual cleaning.
Dimensions: 820mm H x 870 W x 600 D - 2 versions available please ask us for details on the under-counter version.
Reverse Wash System - Winterhalter has developed a wash system in which the water hits the items being washed with maximum coverage. Six reversing wash systems makes this possible. One at the top, one at the bottom. In conjunction with the integrated high-power wash jets, this system delivers a perfect wash result even on stubborn dirt.
Wash Water Filtration - Large dirt particles are caught in the removable strainer. The Mediamat then filters out the finest particles, such as coffee grounds. A pump inlet filter protects the pump from mechanical damage. As a result, the wash water remains clean at all times.
Self-Cleaning Programme - At the end of a working day: The GS 630 has a guided self-cleaning programme, to ensure the machine works perfectly for many years. Cleaning of the interior of the machine begins at the touch of a button. The drain pump takes any residual water out of the machine and prevents deposits or odours.
Thermostopp - Rinsing is crucial to achieve perfectly hygienic wash results. The GS 630 monitors itself: the Thermostopp does not allow the rinsing process to begin until the temperature in the boiler has reached 85 °C.
Cold Water Pre-Wash - Anyone that works with proteins and starch will know: it's important to pre-wash with cold water to avoid baking the dirt onto the dishes. Therefore the GS 630 can therefore be equipped with a cold water pre-wash as an option. Clean, cold water releases the dirt before the actual wash cycle begins. This guarantees a hygienically clean wash result and reduces the work involved in manual pre-washing.
Temperature Switching - Available with temperature switching as an option. This allows the rinse temperature to be lowered quickly and easily. From 85 °C for washing utensils and dishes, to just 65 °C for glasses on their own.
