The interior of Liebherr’s WKb 4612 wine cabinet from the Barrique series has a constant temperature that can be set as needed between +5 °C to +20 °C. Wines are stored safely at all times on untreated wooden shelves while the activated charcoal filter provides optimal air quality. With the capacity to hold 195 Bordeaux bottles, this spacious model is ideal for the long-term storage and maturation of wines. And thanks to its coated glass door, your prized collection is always well protected from UV radiation. Efficient LED lighting ensures that the interior is illuminated evenly and pleasantly. 

Features:

Door alarm - The audible door alarm alerts the user if the door has been open for longer than 60 seconds for safe protection.

Reversible door hinges - It's possible to change the door hinge on this wine chiller. The reversible door hinges permit optimum use of this chiller wherever it's located.

Wine storage cabinet - Provides similar conditions to wine cellars. A constant temperature prevails throughout the interior in these chillers.  It can be set to between +5 °C and +20 °C as required. Wine storage cabinets are ideal for the long-term storage and maturing of wines. Depending on the set temperature, these chillers can store more ample stocks of wine at serving temperature. 

Activated charcoal filter - Environmental odours can affect wines stored for longer periods. In this wine chiller, perfect air quality is ensured through an easily replaceable FreshAir activated charcoal filter.

Presentation shelves - The presentation shelf sets off sine wines to perfection and keeps bottles that have already been opened at the optimum temperature. Up to 6 wine bottles can be placed upright on the flexible shelf. Wine bottles can be stored lying down either behind or at the side.

Low-vibration storage - Even slight vibrations can disturb the wine maturing process and prevent the tannins from settling. Specially developed, exceptionally low-vibration compressors means that the wine is optimally stored.

Ideal humidity - Maintaining the proper humidity is an important aspect for the storage of wines. In this way, corks remain supple and don't dry out. Wine should be stored in a horizontal position to keep the corks moist from the inside. With over 50% air humidity, wine fridges guarantee the perfect conditions. The air humidity can be controlled as required in the wine storage cabinets by pressing the ventilation button.

Insulated glass door - Wine bottles are in most cases tinted because UV light has a damaging effect on wine maturation. However, the bottles alone are insufficient protection. In order to minimise the exposure to radiation, Liebherr wine fridge feature special UV-resistant glass. In this way, stocks of wine can be protected and simultaneously stylishly showcased.
