The 1361-litre Vaccine & Pharmacy Refrigerator with electronic controller is purpose-built to store vaccines and refrigerated medicines between +2°C and +8°C and has been independently tested in accordance with “Strive for 5” guidelines and the Quality Care Pharmacy Program (QCPP) Standard.

Hot-Gas Defrost Cycle - An innovative hot-gas defrost cycle in the LKPv, LGPv and LGv models allows the units to defrost less often and faster. Refrigerators defrost in only 8 minutes while freezers in 12 minutes. Before defrosting, the internal temperature is slightly lowered so the temperature remains fairly constant during the cycle.
Retrofitting SmartMonitoring: Liebherr SmartMonitoring offers a comprehensive solution for documenting and monitoring measurement and operating data, alarm messages and appliance statuses. To connect the SmartCoolingHub required for this purpose to this appliance, you will need the RS 485 interface converter, which is available separately.

Alarm test function: This test function can be used to check whether an internally or externally connected alarm system is functioning correctly. The appliance’s refrigeration performance is not affected by this test.

Temperature stability and consistency EN 60068-3: All laboratory refrigerators and freezers are tested at the state-of-the-art Liebherr development facilities according to procedure EN 60068-3 for measuring temperature stability. This involves measuring the temperature at nine different points in the appliance interiors.
Serial bus interface: Appliances can be connected to an external monitoring system using the serial bus interface. If there is no monitoring system for connection via the interface, an interface converter retrofit kit is available as an optional accessory. This enables a connection to be made to a PC or a laptop. The bus interface allows up to 20 appliances to be connected in series and networked together. Temperature and alarm can therefore be documented and archived, e.g. via SmartMonitoring.
