The RG-250 diwash is a high volume vegetable preparation machine with more than 50 different cuts. Slice, crimp, julienne, shred/grate, dice & potato chip – 1,000 portions/day, 10kg/minute.
The “RG-250 diwash” has all the same great features of the RG-250 with the added benefit that all removable parts in contact with food are dishwasher safe. This makes it ideal for use in nursing homes, aged care centres and hospitals, or other settings where dishwasher sanitization is required.
The removable machine parts are treated with a patented coating, preserving the components from damage caused by harsh dishwasher chemicals and allowing them to be safely cleaned.
Type of preparation: Slices, dices, grates, shreds, cuts julienne and crimping slices. Processes vegetables, fruit, dry bread, cheese, nuts, mushrooms, etc.

Furthermore, the ergo loop handles provides easy leveraged feeding reducing manual power required to operate the machine and allowing you to work with both your left and right hands. Safe and quick top ups: Thanks to the automatic start and stop function, the machine stops as soon as the pusher plate is swung aside. When it is swung back the machine restarts and you can continue working. The RG-250 diwash also has a full moon cylinder that can hold larger quantities and whole products. These features provide a real advantage, particularly when larger volumes are involved.
Double safety against unprotected cutting tools: If the feed cylinder is removed the power is cut. Thanks to this double security there is no risk of the machine starting with an unprotected cutting tool.
Developed for the best hygiene: The RG-250 diwash is manufactured solely from hygiene certified material. All removable parts in contact with food are dishwasher safe. The machine is also designed with even surfaces, rounded edges and without recesses to avoid food residue accumulation.
Easy cleaning: For quick cleaning, all loose parts are simple to remove for easy rinsing of the machine. The pusher plate and feed cylinder are removable and can be cleaned under running water. All removable parts in contact with food are dishwasher safe.
Only the best material: Machine base, feed cylinder and pusher plate are all made of robust metal. Only top quality stainless steel is used to manufacture the cutting tool knife blades.
