As the Apuro ice cream machine has a built-in freezer, there's no need to pre-freeze the bowl. This means you can simply add your mixture, select the timing and press start. Once complete, the bowl is easily removed and is non-stick, so it's easy to completely remove all the ice cream inside. A simple clean down and then you're ready to go again.
